How to delete your account

  1. Open Pantri and go to Profile.
  2. Open Privacy & Data.
  3. Select Delete Account and follow the confirmation flow.

Pantri does not require a support ticket just to begin deletion when the in-app flow is available.

Before you delete

  • If you own a household with other active members, transfer household ownership first.
  • Deleting the account removes your Pantri profile and detaches or deletes user-scoped product data.
  • Deleting your Pantri account does not cancel subscriptions managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Cancel those subscriptions through the applicable app-store account.
  • Some records may remain temporarily where needed for backups, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, security, or retry workflows.

What may be retained temporarily

Pantri minimizes retained data, but some operational records are not removed instantly. Examples can include backup copies, transaction records, security logs, short-lived scan artifacts, and cleanup records when a downstream deletion step must be retried.
